The Soho Tote is a super easy crochet bag pattern! The base of the bag is a rectangle worked in rows and then a border is created around the rectangle. The sides are crocheted in the rounds and even the straps are crocheted directly onto the body so this entire bag is one piece with no extra seaming!
We are back with a backpack project. Every single person who likes to crochet, is obsessed with backpacks and bags, so we decided to search for another great backpack tutorial and we think we’ve found one. This awesome backpack is made using two different stitches. One of them is the Cross Stitch Single Crochet.
Crocheting this rucksack is very easy. The tutorial is well made and there are subtitles too, so you won’t have any problems. Follow every step you see in the video and you’ll get the exact backpack you see in the pictures. The only thing you can change is the color. Choose your favorite color and start repeating the steps in the tutorial. We hope this bag project will be helpful for our readers. Enjoy 😉
I have this t-shirt yarn in my collection for quite some time. I initially bought it to make a pouf, but that never worked. So I decided to design a crochet bag pattern with it.
For several years I have wanted to start going to farmers markets regularly. I’d always forget it, and before I knew it, the season was over. This year I have done a lot better and now I have experienced the best raspberry jalapeño jam in the world thanks to a local magician.
When buying your local produce, it is good to have a place to store them. I hate disposable plastic bags. So I decided I needed a flexible market bag that could handle a variety of items of various shapes and sizes.
The Day at the Market bag meets that need! I wanted the bag to prepare quickly, light and airy, but without big holes. This bag is just that. It is lightweight with a beautiful texture, yet sewn tight enough to keep your content private. It can also be easily prepared for a relaxing weekend.
Our talented crochet collaborator Michelle has returned from a relaxing vacation and has created a new crochet bag pattern exclusively for My Poppet. I love this modern take on the antique string bag, it looks great and is also very practical.
To Michelle …
I’m Michelle with a tutorial for a crochet Market Bag. Tuck it in your bag on your next trip to the stores, it’s roomy enough to carry your groceries home and the solid base will keep carrots from falling out the bottom.
Imagine this: the sun gently shining, happy voices chattering, the smell of fresh flowers mixed with ripe strawberries, vibrant colors wherever you look. Where are you?
These are the sights, smells, and sounds of our local farmers market. There is a relaxing slowness associated with shopping where you can meet the real people who worked hard to grow and provide beautiful produce and products.
